I wan to be Revolutioner ( मै क्रांतिकारी बनना चाहता हु)

भारत में ज्ञात आंकडो के अनुसार क्रांतिकारियों की संख्या  छः लाख से अधिक है, परन्तु मुझे लगता है कि यह वास्तविक आंकडे से बहुत कम है ।  भारत में क्रांतिकारी प्रेरक एवं बलिदान की स्मृति है। जिन्हे भारत में  श्रृटि के अंत तक स्मृति चिन्ह के रूप में याद रखा जायेगा एवं वह अगली पीडियों के लिये प्रेरणा स्त्रोत बने रहेंगें । मै बचपन से ही भारत के महान क्रांतिकारी के विषय में सुनता आ रहा हॅू । वह मेरे एवं मेरे जैसे कितने युवाओं के प्रेरणा स्त्रोत हैं, इसकी कोई कल्पना नही कि जा सकती है । क्रांतिकारीओं की प्रथम पीडी 1857 से प्रारंभ होती है । जिसके रचेयता ब्रम्हा श्री परमपूज्य मंगल पांडे जी को माना जाता है । जिन्होने ईश्वर के दिये हुऐ प्राणो को इसिलिये त्याग दिया कि आने वाली पीडी को उसके आहार मे गाय का मांस न खाना पडे । उस युग में क्रांतिकारीओं  का संबोधन पांडे कहकर किया जाता था । क्रांतिकारी केवल युवा ही हो सकते है  यह बिलकुल असत्य है । क्रांतिकारी बनने एवं आयु का कोई भी संबंध नही है । कम से कम भारत मे तो यह बाबू कुवंर सिह ने चोरसी वर्ष की आयु मे एवं बहादुर शाह जफर सिद्ध करके बता दिया था । अब बात आती है कि स्त्रियां क्रांतिकारी बन सकते है कि इस बात का तो कोई भी आंखे मूंद का स्वीकार कर सकता है उदारण अगर दूं तो पुस्तक का एक बंडल तैयार किया जा सकता है । अतः मेरे कहने का तात्पर्य यह है कि क्रांतिकारी बननेे किसी आयु या वर्ग विशेष होना योग्यता नही है । 

मै क्रातिकारी तो बनना चाहता हूॅ परन्त समझ में नही आता कि क्रातिकारी कैसे बनूॅ । मुझे लगता है कि आजादी के पहले क्रांतिकारी बनना बहुत ही आसान था बस बंदूक उठायी अंग्रेजो के विरोद्ध लो बन गये क्रातिकारी । उस समय क्रातिकारियों की आवश्यता थी । इसिलिये सरलता से कांतिकारी बन जाया करते थे । परन्तु इस प्रकार का तर्क देते हुऐ मुझे स्मरण हुआ कि स्वतंत्रता के पहले भी सब भारत जन क्रांतिकारी नहीं हुऐ अतः यह क्रातिकारी कुछ अनोखों एवं महापुरूष ही बन सकते है । यह सबके बस की बात नही है । 

फिर विचार आया कि क्या वर्तमान समय में क्रांतिकारियों की आवश्यता है ।  कई मित्रों से विमर्श करने पर उत्तर सकारात्क एवं हाॅ मे है । देश स्वतंत्र होने के बाद अब क्रांतिकारी क्यों बना जाये । प्रश्न का उत्तर तो बहुत ही स्पष्ट एवं सर्व ज्ञात है । 

अब प्रश्न यह उठता है कि किस प्रकार कांतिकारी बना जा सकता है । क्या इसके लिये किसी विश्वविधालय मे पाठयक्रम चलता है । किस पाठयक्रम को एवं किस प्रकार की योग्यता की आवश्यकता होति है । यह पाठयक्रम कितने वर्षो तक चलता है एवं इसकी पढाई पर क्या व्यय होता है। किस विश्व विध्द्यालय में इसके पाठ्यक्रम चलाये जाते है । वर्तमान समय में प्रत्येक कार्य के लिये पाठयक्रम चलाये जाते है । वास्तव में इस प्रकार के किसी पाठयक्रम के विषय में कभी सुना तो नही है । 

फिर अगला प्रश्न आता है कि इसका स्कोप क्या है  इसमें मै कैसे अपना भविष्य सुरक्षित कर सकता हुॅ । क्रांतिकारी बनने के बाद मुझे क्या वेतन मिलेगा । क्या मे कभी उच्च प्राशासनिक पद पर पहुच पाउॅंगा। टी वी चलचित्र यंत्र पर देखकर मुझे लगता है क्या मै इससे प्राप्त होने वाले वेतन से अपना पंेसन प्लान एवं बच्चों के प्रीमियम भर सकॅूगा क्या । जैसे क्रिकेटरों के पास रूपयों की वर्षा होती है वेसै ही भी से धनवान व्यक्ति बन पाउगा। ऐसे न अनंत प्रश्न मेरे मन में हिलोरे मारते रहतें है ।

इन सारे प्रश्नों उत्तर मै न दूगा । वर्तमान क्रांतिकारियों की दशा अंगे्रजों के समय से भी अधिक दयनीय है । हमारा स्वतंत्र भारत का संविधान श्री भगत सिंह जी को क्रातिकारी नही मानता है । एक मंत्री श्री जय पाल रेडडी जी श्री विनायक दामोदर सावरकर जी का क्रातिकारी नही मानते है । नेता जी सुभाष चंद्र बोस की बेटी आज जर्मनी की नागरिक है भारत की नही है । उधम सिह जी जो जलियां वाला  बाग का बदला हाउस आॅफ कामन में ले चुकें है । महात्मा गांधी को हमने केवल स्वार्थ के लिये बापू माना और कहा, इस देस का संविधान उन्हे बापू नही कहता है। अर्थात आप समझ सकते है कि स्वतंत्रता के पहले एवं पश्चात् क्रांतिकारियों को सिवाय कष्ट के कुछ प्राप्त नही हुआ है । तो फिर एक  प्रश्न ओर आता है कि भारत में कोटि कोटि क्रांतिकारी कहां से उत्पन्न हुऐं है। उन क्रातिकारियों को नित नये विचारों से कौन सरावोर करता होगा। वे आज से 67 वर्ष पहले इतनी तीव्र अग्नि कहा से लाये एवं क्रातिकर स्वतंत्र भारत की ज्योति जलाने की च्येष्ठा की । 

यह तो माॅ भारती का प्रेम है कि जो किसी क्रांतिकारी बनने के लिये एक मात्र योग्यता है । यह बदले मे सम्मान, सुख, वैभव कुछ नही चाहता है । मात्र माॅ भारती के चरणों मे अपना जीवन न्यौछावर करना चाहता है । इनके लिये मृत्यु तो अंतिम सत्य होता है । जिसे ये लोग सहज की स्वीकार कर लेेते है । इसके बदले मे यह अपने परिवार के पेंसन की भी मांग नही करते है । 

हम सभी क्रांतिकारी बन सकते है बस थोडा स्वारूप बदल गया है । आपमें भी  माॅ भारती का रक्त है जो चंद्र शेखर आजाद एवं नाना साहेब की धमनियों में बहता है । आप में भी उन्ही  छः लाख क्रांतिकारियों की आत्माऐं है जो अब तक माॅ भारती के लिय प्राण न्यौछावर कर चुकें है मात्र आपको थोडी सी चिंगारी जलानी है वह महान  आत्माऐं जागृत होकर खुद ही कंा्रतिकारी बन जायेंगी । 

नागपुर यात्रा भाग एक प्रव्रजन प्रमाण पत्र (Nagpur Tour - Migration Certificate)

मै 22 सितम्बर 2013 दोपहर 12 बजे आसपास अपने घर से नागपुर की ओर निकल पडा । बस मार्ग अत्यंत ही विच्छित अवस्था में है इस बात की जानकारी मेरे सारे मित्रों ने मुझेे दी थी परन्तु लोहपथ गामिनी मे स्थान न मिलने के कारण मैने बस मार्ग से ही जाना उचित समझा। बस में आगे की ओर बैठ गया और प्रकृति का आनंद लेते हुऐ जबलपुर से नागपुर की ओर चल पडा । सिवनी पहुचने में मुझे पाॅच घंटों का समय लगा । सिवनी के पहले बंडोल में वाहल चालक परिवर्तित होना था नया चालत मदिरा पी कर मधुशाला में आनंद प्राप्त कर रहा था और वर्तमान चालक वाहन छोडकर घर चला गया अब क्या था मेरे नागपुर यात्रा का संघर्ष हो चुका था । बस आधे घंटे तक रूकी रही फिर वाहन चालक आया और सिवनी के लिये निकले। 

                                 

                  सिवनी मे बस स्टेण्ड मे मंगोडे अच्छे मिलते है । बीस रूपये में मंगोड खा कर नागपुर की ओर निकल पडे वाहन चालक बदल चुका था । नया वाहन चालक सुरक्षा के प्रति बडा सजग था । उसने तीस कि मी प्रति घंटे की गति से वाहन चलाया वर्तमान समय में तो बेलगाडी भी इससे अधिक गति में चलती है । खवासा सीमा में भारी जाम का सामना करना पडा । यह जाम नियमित रूप से लगता है । मार्ग तो इतना उत्तम की स्वयं ब्रम्हा भी विचार में आ जाये की इसका निर्माण कैसे किया गया होगा । रात को ग्यारह बजे मे नागपुर पहुॅचा । वहाॅ मेरा अभीष्ट मित्र श्री मनीष सनोडिया मेरा बडे ही उतावलेपर से मेरी प्रतीक्षा कर रहे  थे । परन्तु मेरे फोन की बैटरी जा चुकी और मेरा रात्रि भविष्य अधर मे लटक चुका था । परन्तु मेरे नागपुर बंधुओ के दूरभाष की सहायता से मैने श्री मनीष सनोडिया से संपर्क किया और वह मुझे नाग बाबा मंदिर में मिल गया । तद्ोरान्त दोनो मित्रों ने एक ही डब्बे से खाना खाया क्योंकि खाने वाली भाभी मेरा डिब्बा नही लायी थी । दोनो ने मिलकर हमारे सारे एम0 सी0 ए0 के सहपाठियों को स्मरण किया । यह स्मृति  कार्यक्रम बिना किसी भेद भाव के  हुआ इसमें मित्रों, शत्रुओं, नारी एवं पुरूषों की चर्चा समान्य रूप से हुई । 

                    अगले दिन हमें प्रव्रजन प्रमाण पत्र माग्रेसन सर्टिफिकेट  के लिये निवेदन देने जाना था । खाना आ चुका था हमने डब्बा खोला और डब्बे से दो मुर्गी के अंडे निकल आये, मै तो अंडे खाता नही हूॅ अतः मुझे बिना खाये ही प्रस्थान करना पडेगा ।  हम दोनो ने आॅटो से विश्वविध्द्यालय की ओर प्रस्थान किया,  शनिवार का दिन था इसिलिये कार्यालय जल्दी बंद होने की शंका थी । परन्तु श्री मनीष सनोडिया आॅटो वाले से भिड गये चिन्तन न्याय अन्याय का, आॅटो वाले ने दस के स्थान पर पद्रंह रूपये की मांग कर डाली सनोडिया जी का पारा उपर चड गया । श्री सनोडिया जी बहुत ही शांति प्रिय मानव है एवं मुझे उनके इस आचारण पर बडी ही हंसी आ रही थी । अंत में हमने आॅटो वाले को पद्रंह रूपये दे दिये और दूसरा आॅटो कर लिया। विश्वविध्द्यालय पहुचने पर हमने प्रव्रजन प्रमाण पत्र के लिये निम्न पत्रो को दिया 

1 स्थानांतरण प्रमाण पत्र की एक प्रति ( PhotoCopy of Transfer Certificate)                                            
2 एम0 सी0 ए0 अन्तिम खंड की अंकसूची की एक प्रति(MCA final semester Marksheet)
3 पाॅच सौ रूपये(500 Rs)

यह प्रव्रजन प्रमाण पत्र का महीने भीतर आपके स्थायी पते पर पहुचा दी जायेगी । 

                                           मैने भोजन किया एवं इसके पश्चात् हम वर्धा गांधी गा्रम की ओर लोह पथ गामिनी निकल चुके थे । वर्धा मे हमें प्रखर प्रवक्ता स्व0 श्री राजीव दीक्षित जी के यहाॅ जाना था । हम वहां पहुचे पर श्री प्रदीप दीक्षित जी से भेंट नही हो पायी । हम दोनो उनकी एक पुस्तक खरीदी और पुनः नागपुर आ गये । नागपुर मै हमने इंटरसिटी माॅल मे गां्रड मस्ती देखी । इसके पश्चात् हम दोनो अपने गृह में आ गये । सवेरे उठकर हम दोनो महाविध्द्यालय के दिनो कि चर्चा की और सभी सहपाठियों का स्मरण किया। मैने तीन बजे नागपुर से जबलपुर की ओर निकल चुका हॅू । श्री मनीष सनोडिया का अतिथि सत्कार के लिये धन्यवाद देता हूॅ । एक बाम्हण मि़त्र का आर्शीवाद सदैव तुम्हारे साथ रहेगा, दुधों नहाओ पूतों फलों, तुम्हे पुत्र रत्न की प्राप्ति हो और कन्या के रूप स्वयं लक्ष्मी तुम्हारे घर में अवतार ले ।   

                                         मै तीन बजे श्री मनीष सनोडिया के ग्रह से निकल पडा और निकलते ही बिल्ली मौसी ने मार्ग विच्छेद कर दिया । मैने इन अंध विश्वासों में मुझे नही पडना में तो आधुनिक हॅू और यह तो पुराने जमाने के आडंबर है ।और मैने आगे की प्रस्थान किया । गीतांजली पहुचकर चार बजे का नागपुर से जबलपुर जाने का टिकट लिया । एवं बस की प्रतीक्षा करने लगा बस सध्या छः बजे आयी दो घंटे देरी से । इसके पश्चात दो घंटे खवासा सीमा पर जाम मे बस खडी रही ।  सिवनी पहुचकर पता चला की बस तो सिवनी तक ही जानी है रात्रि  एक बजे मै और अन्य यात्री बस स्टेण्ड पर खडे थे । एक अन्य बस जाने के लिये तैयार थी बस में बैठते ही बस पंचर हो गयी अब तो मेरा खट्टा हो गया और मैने आगे जाने के अपेक्षा सिवनी में रात्रि विश्राम का निर्णय लिया एवं यहा हाटेल में रूक गया । हाॅटेल अमन में रूका किराया 350 रू0 एवं अर्ध रा़ित्र में जीरा चावन खाकर विश्राम किया । प्रभात होने  पर नित्य क्रियाओं से निवृत्त होकर हाॅटेल छोड दिया । बाहर निकलकर दो कचोडियों के स्वाद का आनंद प्राप्त किया । जिनकी मूल्य मात्र दस रू0 था ।  कचोडियों स्वादिष्ट थी । आगे बस में बैठ गये । बस 10ः10 में थी । यह बस संध्या 4ः50 में जबलपुर पहुची । यह मेरी नागपुर यात्रा का सारांश है ।

War 2014 (Narendra Modi Vs Rahul Gandhi)

I have remembered many election since I crossed 18 years but for election of 2014 is very interesting and exciting for me.  This election full of entertainment. No other movies can entertain than real life movie WAR 2014. Many  ups  and  downs  will  be  seen  in  WAR-2014.   This will be first time in Bharat.  Two prime ministerial candidateS will confront each other.   There should not be any break  during the movie otherwise people could lose their temperament. Various surveys have been shown in the TV channels but these surveys will not break the climax of WAR-2014.  Both sides Captains are uploading their arms, advisers, strategies and practicing their best method to triumph the WAR-2014.

WAR-2014is not one sided war like earlier elections where opponent were so weak. Since 1952 to 1964, This would be called as Nehru Era. Congress was strongest party. Opposition was like none (does not hold sufficient number). Shastri Ji was PM for very short time but His demise was unfortunate and conspired.  Later on Indira Gandhi Era started. She has ruled the Bharat  as a Dictator and PM.   In 1977, Janata party won the election. Election result was sure that India Gandhi would lose the election, results were as expected.  But as Ruling Janata Party did  not have experience and was  not a organized party and they collapsed soon. Elections in the 1980, Indira Gandhi has became PM again but election results could be guessed. Indira Gandhi assassination was unfortunate in 1984.  This assassination of Indira Gandhi raised sympathy for Rajiv Gandhi.  Rajiv Gandhi had won election 1985 very easily. In 1989, Congress has support Chandra Shekhar to name as PM candidate and government collapsed soon. BJP was a small child during that time. In 1991, Rajiv Gandhi assassination had taken place and again this election became one sided.  Congress won the election and  PV Narsingh Rao became PM.

Till the time, BJP has emerged as fighter Party in elections. This election can be seen as fight between Congress and BJP.  Main contestant was PV Narsingh Rao, HD Devegoda, and Atal Bihari Bajpai. Narsingh Rao was PM,  Atal Ji was  prominent leader but not had sufficient support. HD Devegoda had got chance to be PM. Later on, PM is changed to IK Gujral.  Any non congress government could not sustain for 5 years. This became wound for Bhartiya Politics. In 1996, Government collapsed again. Now 1998, Atal Ji were against Congress president Sita Ram Kesari. Atal Ji was very popular leader that time. Both can be not compared. Country knows the result of election 1998. Atal Ji won the election but majority was short. Government collapsed.

In 1999, New president Smt Sonia Gandhi has been elected in INC. But election was the clean swipe Atal Bihari Bajpayi Ji. Everyone knows that Atal Ji would be the next PM. No war between them.  Smt Sonia Gandhi was very new and just started her work in the party.  In 2004, There were surveys that Atal Ji (BJP) would win the elections and people mood was looking so but result were astonishing and BJP had lost the election due to Internal clashes.  Election 2009 was done on Advani Ji and Man Mohan Singh Ji.  Results came as expectation, BJP had lost the election and Man Mohan Singh Ji became PM.

Now I will start speaking about Election 2014. This electrifies my conscious so I will call this election WAR-2014.  Two stalwarts Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi. Both candidates are serving high stature in the parties. Rahul Gandhi does not have any hurdle in his party while Narendra Modi’s big correction is Shri LK advani. Surveys show Narendra Modi is demand of people. Rahul Gandhi is also seen as Demand of people but second choice, first is Narendra Modi.  Today Narendra Modi has been declared as PM candidate of BJP while Congress has not been yet declare. Congress must declare Rahul Gandhi as PM candidate otherwise He will be undeclared candidate which would damage people mind in WAR-2014. This will be seen as coward act of congress . Narendra Modi has experience of serving 12 year as CM. while Rahul Gandhi total political experience is 12 years but It does not means that  He will be weak fighter because politics is in Rahul Gandhi’s blood.

I would say there are lots of factor which would impact the WAR-2014. There is polarization. This is not necessary polarization would benefit the Narendra Modi. It could also benefit the Rahul Gandhi. Congress’s major disadvantage is speaking against Hindu and try on Muslim vote bank. Muslim vote has been divided by various local party(regional parties). This is dividing the congress vote share while Narendra Modi has consolidated the Hindu votes. He is working systematically. Rahul Gandhi is opting old people like Dig Vijay Singh, Salman Khurshid, Sanjjan Singh, Jagdish Tytler. Janardan Dwivedi , Ahmad Patel,  people are demanding new faces, congress does not have. Rahul Gandhi should work on this way. He has major disadvantage  as Man Mohan Singh inability as PM. It would damage a lot to Rahul Gandhi. Narendra Modi is being seen exclusive leader. This could harm him but Not necessary. People have got bored with the same issues again, again and again. They want something.  Strong statements. Which are not raised by congress. They are saying Garib, Poor then why any middle class who is not poor would congress. Definitely they would prefer to vote Narendra Modi. Narendra Modi is always in news for some goods and bads. This is giving lead over Rahul Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi shows very rare appearance with public.

There are other factors like Mamata Banarji, Nitish Kumar, Chandra Babu Naidu, Deve Goda, Dig Vijay Singh,  Yeddu Raapa, LK Advani, Naveen Patnaik, Left Parties, Mullayam Singh, Mayawati, Om Prakash Chotala. This WAR-2014 is full of action and entertainment.

 In WAR-2014 , every warrior would have his own weapon. I would say it Mahabharat 2014. Wining party would be Pandava and loosing party would be the Kourava.

PETA: Ambassador to Spread Nudity and Promote Women as Sex Symbol

PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).   PETA is an organization works for the awareness for animal’s safety. Organization had established in 1980 since then they are contributing for their cause. PETA claims, They have 3 million members.  Their website provides information about various events. Organization is very famous all the educated and rich people are aware of the organization. Reasons to be are very different. Website has various section which give various details.  If People will open the website http://www.peta.org they will many good information about the peta. PETA is good organization in the reality.

I am writing article on PETA. Do I really need to write on PETA? Yes. Then why should I write on PETA. I have various reasons to write. It will be short article and I will try to articulate the misdeed on PETA in India and Try to point out Why PETA is not needed in Bharat. Why PETA should accept ritual of Hinduism to save animal in world. PETA could be successful by accepting Bhartiya Culture only.

First I would write What I don’t like in PETA. That is “Nudity”. This is  unfair with ladies of world. The ladies celebrity exposes themselves to save animal. This does not endorse great quality of woman which has been created by PETA because Character is more than life. Secondly IF you will read PETA website page “Reason for nudity” http://www.peta.org/about/faq/Why-does-PETA-sometimes-use-nudity-in-its-campaigns.aspx , There will be shocking reason. They say,  they get media attention. Do PETA really get media attention.  Celebrity comes nude and go nude. What is this nonsense. Media is not covering PETA, media is covering nude celebrity. Now PETA is known for nude celebrity.  I suggest PETA should change its name to   (People for the Ethical Treatment of Nude Celebrities).

PETA is center to spread nudity in world. Various celebrity  remove their clothes at PETA events. How this act will protect animal .  This only unethical way to protest. This act cannot stop any animal killing. Surprising. In Bharat, PETA is seen as Vulgarity symbol. Object of PETA lost behind nudity.  

PETA should practise Hinduism to save animal in world. Ways are more effective and common. Very few examples I will provide you. Hinduism believe in Devata. Every Devta has his Vehicle. What is the vehicle is Animal, Bird etc.. Following are example of

     1.       OX, Snake: Shiva is the god of destruction, his vehicle is OX or Bull. Ox is save. Shiva also bend snake on his head so Snake is also save.

     2.       Rat: This is Vehicle of Ganesh.

     3.       Dog: This vehicle of Bhatuk Bhairav.

     4.       GauMata or Cow: This is told as Mother not animal.  This is highest respectable in Hinduism.

     5.       Elephant :  Lord Ganesh has his month is Elephant.

   If the PETA people refer Books of Hinduism then They will get lots of example.

   Except this, We have various festive on animals. Some festival I will say:

     1.    Ghulaiya Amavashya: This festival is dedicated to Hours. Hours is  worshiped. Next day of worship.    These hours are  rided by their child. This is celebrated in North Bharat.

     2.       Parama: This festival is celebrated next day of Dipawali. Cows are washed,  beatified, worshiped and fed. This is also celebrated in North India.

     3.       Pitra Paksha: This is specially celebrated for Crow. Hinduism believes that Their ancestor comes in form of Crow during pitra paksha.

PETA  should not be use women Nudity as its prime weapon to protect animals. They could choose other better, effective and natural alternative. Women should not be used as Nude to get only publicity. Women of the world deserves more than this Nudity.
