Killing Democracy: Chief Justice Dipak Misra Faces Impeachment Motion

     

Impeachment of CJI Deepak Misra, I am not able to rationalize the this act. Why opposition is so keen. A judge killed or died naturally. Supreme court has justified and given verdict. You can review the judgement. But I think, this is just camouflage. And they just misusing Judge LOYA case. Actually, I may guest that they targeting CJI for different matter that is “Ram Temple”. CJI has fix the hearing date and people perception is that most probably issue will resolve soon. This cannot be digested by Opposition specially by Congress. Because they think that If Ram temple will be constructed , they cannot alleged BJP for deceit. So that they are betraying faith of Indian people.

Congress and other opposition parties are killing democracy of the country for their political gain. Indian public will not spare them for their deed. Opposition and Congress is afraid of Ram Mandir hearing. Which will be started from 27 April 2018 because Veepaksh thinks that if Ram Mandir issue will resolve they will not win election any more. Their thought had been represented by Lawyer Kapil Sibbal in hearing of Ram Mandir.

To hinder Ram Mandir issue, they are blackmailing Supreme Court and attacking CJI Deepak Mishra. Congress must be exposed for their blackmailing.
